This book was written to help leaders skip past years of battle scars and quickly learn to create a compelling narrative that will reach more customers.

That’s the holy grail of “everything working together” to take a company’s story and growth to whole new levels.

The final chapters hit on lessons from some of the biggest moments in Crisis PR history… before perhaps unwisely, trying to predict what’s next in an unpredictable industry. In short, this book is about Good PR boosting marketing and sales in a crazy digital world, all written specifically for the growth-minded leaders who form the backbone of the U.S. economy. Happy reading.

About CHRIS

Chris Cradduck has worked in marketing and PR for more than 25 years. He is a partner at one of the most creative agencies in the U.S., which has won 200+ industry awards and is consistently ranked in the Top 100 firms. He wrote “How to Get Good PR” for small businesses who want to use PR to boost their marketing efforts and grow in a chaotic world.

With decades of experience, he has had the opportunity to work with some of the world’s top consumer brands and industries, including automotive, airlines, tech, telecom, wireless, travel, hospitality, media/TV, sports and entertainment. He has also supported government, nonprofit and SMB clients with a variety and scale of marketing and PR initiatives. No matter the size of the company, his focus has been on consumer storytelling, reputation building and creating content that matters in a world of total distraction. As a side note, he also happens to be what he calls a “reluctant crisis guy” who wants to do the fun stuff, but has ended up with ton of exposure to major issues management and full-blown crisis assignments.

His teams have won dozens of industry campaign excellence awards, including the PRSA “Best of Silver Anvil” award for the single best PR campaign of a given year.

Based in Frisco, TX, he is amazingly fortunate to be the father of two highly witty middle-schoolers who are also finding their own way with words.

Work hard, do the right thing, control what you can control and embrace everything as an opportunity.  And as always, happy pitching!
